Jonty Pearce is a veteran of the Contact Centre Industry. He walked into his first contact centre in 1989 and has been hooked ever since.
In August 2003, Jonty founded Call Centre Helper Magazine based on a collection of call centre articles.

In August 2015 It was followed by an Online Version of the Erlang Calculator. This has subsequently been improved and a forecasting and multichannel calculator have been added.
